TSA were instructed by Helm Housing Association to assist to bring forward a proposed social housing development comprising 20 No. 3 person 2 bed units (Category 1 - Active Elderly) and 6 No. 3 person 2 bed units (General Needs) comprising 1 No. distinct apartment block. The proposal also include the redevelopment of the existing dwelling to form 4 No. 3 person 2 bed units (General Needs). TSA managed the application closely to deliver a timely planning consent to allow an onsite start before the end of the financial year.
